Big emotions are part of being human.

We believe emotional wellness begins with feeling seen, safe, and free to express what’s inside.

Children experience deep emotions long before they fully understand how to name or express them. Too often, those feelings become something to hide, suppress, or “fix.”

At The Emotional Me, we believe emotions are not something children should fear — they are something children should learn to understand, explore, and move through with support, compassion, and connection.

Created from emotion.

Built for connection.

Because when words don’t work, expression can.

Keeng was originally created through art during a deeply emotional season of life decades ago. Over time, the character resurfaced with a new purpose — to help children and families feel less alone in the emotions they carry.

Through storytelling, creativity, comfort tools, and emotional learning experiences, The Emotional Me was built to create space for expression, conversation, and connection.

To help children feel safe expressing emotions.

To remind children — and adults — that every feeling deserves space.

We hope to create a world where children grow up knowing they do not have to hide their emotions to be loved, accepted, or understood.

A world where emotional wellness feels human.

A world where every feeling has space.

To encourage creativity as a form of connection and healing.

To create tools that support emotional awareness with compassion.
